Continental’s Self-developed LED Driver Chip Will Be Mass-Produced In 2021 And Will Be Installed In European And Independent Brand Models

In order to solve the impact of the lack of cores on automobiles, and to meet the needs of future automotive lighting for integration, adaptation, networking, and intelligence trends, Continental has self-developed LED driver chips, named “CELSIUS degrees Celsius”, for the company’s new generation Automotive lighting control technology.

CELSIUS has 8 invention patents, which can meet the failure protection in various application scenarios. It has powerful and efficient driving capability and sufficient configuration flexibility. In addition, a variety of innovative functions can optimize the cost of the entire lamp system.

It is reported that this chip has been mass-produced and launched in 2021 and will be mounted on European and independent brand models.
