LED packaging service provider Ledtech Electronics has reported consolidated revenues of NT$81.7 million (US$2.92 million) for June, rising 0.67% sequentially and 36.75% on year. Its consolidated revenues of NT$238.9 million for second-quarter 2021 were the highest quarterly figure since fourth-quarter 2019.

Ledtech said it saw orders for LED devices, commercial lighting and low-temperature lighting rebound. Currently, Ledtech said it has 50% of consolidated revenues coming from LED devices, 20-25% from commercial lighting and 10-15% from low-temperature lighting.

Ledtech said it has seen booming orders for UV-C devices used in disinfection and will offer more UV-C products under its own brand BioLED as well as LED horticultural lighting in second-half 2021.

In order to reflect continued rises in cost for components and materials, Ledtech said it began to hike quotes for new orders in June.

Ledtech posted consolidated revenues of NT$462.7 million for first-half 2021, growing 16.33% on year.
